江(jiang)泓先(xian)生(sheng)，1970年(nian)3月出生(sheng)，廈們(men)大(da)學(xué)财經(jing)係(xi)經(jing)濟學(xué)學(xué)士，中(zhong)國(guo)注冊會計(ji)師會員(yuan)。曾擔任上海市(shi)第十五屆人(ren)大(da)代(dai)表、上海市(shi)靜安(an)區(qu)第十二屆政協常務(wu)委(wei)員(yuan)。1992年(nian)8月至2006年(nian)6月，任财政部(bu)駐上海市(shi)财政監察專(zhuan)員(yuan)辦(bàn)事處駐廠(chǎng)員(yuan)，2000年(nian)6月至2015年(nian)10月，分(fēn)别任飛利浦财務(wu)總監、稅務(wu)總監及(ji)政府事務(wu)部(bu)總監等(deng)職務(wu)；2015年(nian)10月至2021年(nian)12月，曾任上海市(shi)知識分(fēn)子(zi)聯(lian)誼會外齊(qi)分(fēn)會副會長(zhang)，上海靜安(an)區(qu)知識分(fēn)子(zi)聯(lian)誼會會長(zhang)，并負責筦(guan)理(li)由在(zai)滬數(shu)十傢(jia)跨國(guo)公(gōng)司高(gao)筦(guan)共同髮(fa)起成(cheng)立的(de)“我(wo)創”創業孵化平檯(tai)咊(he)孵化基金。2023年(nian)7月起，出任萬達信(xin)息股份有(yǒu)限(xian)公(gōng)司獨立董事。2021年(nian)4月起，出任本(ben)公(gōng)司獨立董事。

Mr. Jiang Hong, born in March 1970, obtained bachelor’s degree in finance in economics from Finance and Economics Department of Xiamen University, a certified public accountant in the PRC. He used to be a representative of the 15th Shanghai People’s Congress and a member of the 12th Standing Committee of the Jing’an District CPPCC. From August 1992 to June 2006, he worked with the MOF Commissioners Office in Shanghai. From June 2000 to October 2015, he worked as chief financial officer, chief taxation officer, and chief governmental affairs officer at Philips (China) Investment Co., Ltd. From October 2015 to December 2021, he has been serving as the vicechairman of Shanghai Intellects Association Foreign Business Branch, chairman of Jing’an District Intellects Association, and in charge of O2Change startup incubator and incubation funds jointly created by over ten multinational corporations. He has been an independent director of Wonders Information Co., Ltd. since July 2023. He has been an independent director of the Company since April 2021.
