李葉青先(xian)生(sheng)，1964年(nian)2月出生(sheng)，博士，教授(shou)級高(gao)級工(gong)程(cheng)師，現(xian)任公(gōng)司總裁、總工(gong)程(cheng)師、黨委(wei)書記，中(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)材(cai)聯(lian)郃(he)會首席專(zhuan)傢(jia)、專(zhuan)傢(jia)委(wei)執行主(zhu)任。李葉青先(xian)生(sheng)自1984年(nian)7月先(xian)後(hou)畢業于(yu)武漢建(jian)材(cai)學(xué)院矽酸鹽專(zhuan)業，獲工(gong)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；武漢工(gong)業大(da)學(xué)工(gong)業筦(guan)理(li)專(zhuan)業，獲工(gong)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；華中(zhong)科(ke)技(ji)大(da)學(xué)筦(guan)理(li)科(ke)學(xué)與工(gong)程(cheng)專(zhuan)業，獲筦(guan)理(li)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1984年(nian)7月至1987年(nian)10月，任武漢工(gong)業大(da)學(xué)矽工(gong)係(xi)教師、團(tuán)委(wei)副書記；1987年(nian)11月加(jia)入華新(xin)水泥廠(chǎng)（本(ben)公(gōng)司前(qian)身），先(xian)後(hou)任中(zhong)心化驗(yàn)室質(zhi)量控製(zhi)工(gong)程(cheng)師、石灰石礦副礦長(zhang)、擴改辦(bàn)副主(zhu)任、生(sheng)産(chan)技(ji)術(shù)處長(zhang)，1993年(nian)1月任華新(xin)水泥廠(chǎng)（本(ben)公(gōng)司前(qian)身）副廠(chǎng)長(zhang)，1994年(nian)6月任本(ben)公(gōng)司副總經(jing)理(li)，1999年(nian)12月至今，任本(ben)公(gōng)司總經(jing)理(li)（2004年(nian)3月後(hou)改稱總裁）、總工(gong)程(cheng)師。1994年(nian)起，出任本(ben)公(gōng)司董事。2023年(nian)4月起，出任阿曼水泥股份有(yǒu)限(xian)公(gōng)司(Oman Cement Company)董事長(zhang)。2009年(nian)3月至今，任中(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)築材(cai)料聯(lian)郃(he)會副會長(zhang)；2000年(nian)5月至今，任中(zhong)國(guo)水泥協會副會長(zhang)。2014年(nian)1月至今，任湖(hú)北省建(jian)築材(cai)料聯(lian)郃(he)會會長(zhang)。2020年(nian)10月至今，任中(zhong)國(guo)建(jian)築材(cai)料聯(lian)郃(he)會第六屆理(li)事會執行副會長(zhang)。

Mr. Li Yeqing, born in February 1964, Doctor, senior engineer (professor level). He is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, chief engineer, chief specialist and executive chairman of the Specialist Committee of China Building Materials Federation. In July 1984, he graduated from Wuhan Institute of Building Materials with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, majoring in silicate, and with a master’s degree in engineering majoring in industrial management, and from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a doctor’s degree in management, majoring in management science and engineering. From July 1984 to October 1987, he served as a teacher in Wuhan University of Technology Silicon Engineering Department, and a deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee. He joined Huaxin Cement Plant (predecessor of the Company) in November 1987, and served as a quality control engineer of Central Lab, vice manager of Limestone Quarry, vice director of Extension Office and manager of production technology, and promoted as the vice manager of Huaxin Cement Plant in January 1993. He became Deputy General Manager of the Company in June 1994, General Manager of the Company and chief engineer since December 1999 (renamed as chief executive officer in March 2004). He served as a Director of the Company since 1994. He served as the Chairman of Oman Cement Company since April 2023. He has also been the Vice Chairman of China Building Materials Federation since March 2009 and Vice Chairman of China Cement Association since May 2000. He also served as the Chairman of Hubei Building Materials Federation since January 2014. Also, he has been serving as the Executive Vice Chairman of the Sixth Council of China Building Materials Federation since October 2020.
