劉鳳山(shān)先(xian)生(sheng)，1965年(nian)11月出生(sheng)，新(xin)加(jia)坡南(nan)洋理(li)工(gong)大(da)學(xué)公(gōng)共關係(xi)學(xué)碩士。1987年(nian)7月畢業于(yu)昆明工(gong)學(xué)院選礦專(zhuan)業，獲工(gong)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。1987年(nian)至1998年(nian)8月，先(xian)後(hou)任大(da)冶有(yǒu)色金屬公(gōng)司赤馬山(shān)礦技(ji)術(shù)員(yuan)、車(che)間主(zhu)任、副礦長(zhang)、礦長(zhang)、黨委(wei)書記;1998年(nian)8月至1999年(nian)8月，任大(da)冶有(yǒu)色金屬公(gōng)司銅錄山(shān)礦礦長(zhang)、黨委(wei)書記;1999年(nian)8月至2002年(nian)1月，任大(da)冶有(yǒu)色金屬公(gōng)司黨委(wei)副書記、紀委(wei)書記;2002年(nian)1月至2004年(nian)4月，任黃石市(shi)紀委(wei)副書記;2004年(nian)4月至2006年(nian)10月，任大(da)冶市(shi)委(wei)副書記、市(shi)長(zhang);2006年(nian)10月至2006年(nian)11月，任黃石市(shi)委(wei)副秘書長(zhang);2006年(nian)11月至2011年(nian)9月，任黃石市(shi)民(mín)政跼(ju)跼(ju)長(zhang)、黨組書記;2011年(nian)9月起，任華新(xin)集(ji)團(tuán)有(yǒu)限(xian)公(gōng)司董事長(zhang)、總經(jing)理(li)，華新(xin)集(ji)團(tuán)有(yǒu)限(xian)公(gōng)司、華新(xin)水泥股份有(yǒu)限(xian)公(gōng)司黨委(wei)副書記。2012年(nian)4月起，任本(ben)公(gōng)司董事。2012年(nian)6月起，出任公(gōng)司副總裁。

Mr. Liu Fengshan, born in November 1965, obtained master’s degree in public administrations from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore . Mr . Liu graduated from Kunming Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, majoring in mineral processing in July 1987. From 1987 to August 1998, he served as technician of Chimashan Quarry, workshop manager, deputy quarry manager, quarry manager, and secretary of the party committee of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group. From August 1998 to August 1999, he served as a quarry manager of Tonglushan Quarry and secretary of the party committee of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group. From August 1999 to January 2002, he was the deputy secretary of the party committee and secretary to disciplinary committee of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group. From January 2002 to April 2004, he served as the deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Huangshi City. From April 2004 to October 2006, he served as the deputy secretary of the Daye Municipal Party Committee and the mayor of Daye City. From October 2006 to November 2006, he served as the deputy secretary- general of Huangshi Municipal Party Committee. From November 2006 to September 2011, he served as director-general and secretary of Leading Party Group of Bureau of Civil Affairs of Huangshi City. Since September 2011, he served as the Chairman and General Manager of Huaxin Group Co., Ltd., as well as deputy secretary the party committee of both Huaxin Group Co., Ltd. and Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. He became a Director of the Company in April 2012. He has been the vice president of theCompany since June 2012.
